Auto Mobil ApS

The company is located in Greve on Sjælland and was established in 2015 by CEO Michael Noer.

The company's vision is to ensure mobility for anyone with permanent or temporary disabilities through the rental, sale or special fitting of cars that suit the individual's needs.

Auto Mobil's customers are primarily people with disabilities, professionals who offer driving for people with disabilities, institutions, car dealers and municipalities.

Auto Mobil also creates jobs for people with either mental, physical or social challenges. Today, three out of Auto Mobil's 15 employees belong to this category. The company complies with the UN Global Compact principles and contributes in particular to SDGs 3, 8 and 10.

Auto Mobil made a gross profit of about DKK 5.7 million last year.

Development

Through a capital injection, Den Sociale Kapitalfond Invest has acquired a 38.8 percent stake in the company Auto Mobil. At the same time as Den Sociale Kapitalfond Invest joins the ownership group, Chairman Carsten Abel and the company's sales manager Casper Nordahl-Meyer will also own smaller shares, while Michael Noer will retain almost 60 percent of the company.

The common ambition is, among other things, to become nationwide and thus service people with disabilities throughout Denmark.

Another ambition is the development of a green profile with a fleet of cars, which in the long term consists much more of hybrid and electric cars. Already today, Auto Mobil has what is probably Europe's first electric rental car for people with disabilities.

In the process, Auto Mobil has been advised by Kromann Reumert, while Den Sociale Kapitalfond Invest has collaborated with DAHL and EY.
