Koatek A/S

 Koatek A/S is a leading Danish supplier of custom-made components with high quality and tolerance requirements – together with assembly work in close cooperation with customers in the medical and electronics industries, the food industry, the energy sector, the maritime industry, the security industry, etc.

The company, founded in 1969, is located in Jægerspris and employs around 80 people. Koatek is a company characterized by high professionalism and customer-facing focus.

Development

In 2019, Den Sociale Kapitalfond Invest bought 45 percent of the shares in Koatek A/S and now owns the company with the original owners and a new chairman. The common ambition is to further develop the company through a strengthened cooperation with the current customers, supplemented by selected new customers.  At the same time, the new ownership wants to expand the company's social efforts for the benefit of even more marginalized people.
